AMC DINE-IN Menlo Park 12

I ordered my food in advance with a set time. My order was a Flatbread pizza and a Strawberry Lemonade. As I am waiting for my order at my seat my Flatbread pizza arrives 20 minutes after the set time. The Flatbread pizza and napkins I had to reach for because the waiter didn't want to walk up to my seat I asked about where my strawberry lemonade was and he rudely says someone will bring it out later. As I'm waiting for my drink someone seated near by me receives their order and the person delivering the food says I have a Strawberry Lemonade the person says I didn't order it but I will take it anyway. End result was I never received my strawberry lemonade

Very disappointing was looking forward to seeing John Wick tonight and that did not happen , the movie stopped twice ! the theater was dirty and smelled . Wont be going back

Not even one star on this review. Staff Couldnt get our food right. John Wick was interrupted twice for 15 minutes each time. This manager needs to be replaced immediately. The whole movie experience has been thrown in the waste pit. Theater needs to be massively cleaned, smells like a dirty restaurant.
