I have been going to this office since 2008 and have loved the staff with the exception of my experiences with the receptionist Marlene. This has been an ongoing issue that I have complained about on several occasions and it seems that my complaints have fallen on deaf ears. She answers the phone with an attitude, places you on hold for minutes on end and cuts you off as you are speaking in the most unprofessional manner. I called my doctor to log a complaint again and told her that I would take my business elsewhere and her reply was, if that is what I have to do the I understand. I would not go anywhere if it were not for this one issue. People call into your office because they need help and should not have to encounter such poor and unprofessional service. I likely will be finding another doctor.

Dr Buc is very knowledgeable and puts you at ease. He made this very stressful visit a learning experience and was able to relax a little after learning the real information vs the other Drs who don't know what they are talking about
