Disorganized at every turn. They quoted me $60, I called later to confirm, and after 5 transfers they re-quoted $310. I asked if there would be any fluids to drink, they said no, and then they told me when I arrived that there were. I was told the process would take 30min but didnt mention the required 1-1.5hrs for the taking the fluids so my schedule got messed up. I was told they would check on me during the wait and no one did.
Go to university radiology or somewhere else - its not worth the hassle here

I've had many CT Scans done at JFK, as well as other tests. The check in process has always been quick and efficient. Worth noting, I usually come prepared, making sure I have proper ID, prescription, and an insurance card. I have always been treated in a courteous professional manner. I usually check in online in advance using the MyChart app. I would recommend this testing facility to others.

Just got home from this place... DON'T go there unless you really have to!
I'm claustrophobic and was supposed to be put into the "open" MRI. But instead, they put into the standard one! To boot...Because of my crooked back, I can't lay straight on my back. The techs tucked a wedge (pillow) under both my head and my feet. But, I still wasn't totally "comfortable".
It was nice of them to give me a pair of earplugs to block some of the (machine) noises out. (I'm so glad cause it was still quite loud! I don't think I would have been able to stand it without them!)
The actual 1/2 hr procedure took what felt like FOREVER! I kept my eyes closed through most of it and had to try very hard not to move.
The absolute worst part was after the procedure ended and they had to sit me up. They failed to remove the pillow under my feet first and pulled me up in an awkward position. It HURT!!! AND I let out a YELP!!!
I was SO GLAD to get dressed and out of there!
Now...To see my Orthopedic doctor on Friday.
