I once again, ordered the Green Mango drink from Desi Basket. The product arrived in a timely manner and very well packed. A few months ago, Desi Basket was out of the green mango drink so I ordered on Amazon. BIG Mistake! The suppliers did a very shoddy job of the packing. Lesson learned to not order from Amazon but wait for DB to have the product in stock. Thank you Desi Basket.
Prompt and well packaged delivery. I especially liked the fact that they packed my Green Mango tetra pack juice in an extra layer of bubble wrap to prevent risk of puncture and spillage. Would definitely order from them again.

Update: I did receive a response finally and they agreed to give me a refund. It is a legitimate business. Maybe it was just something that fell through the cracks.
I would give this company zero Stars if I could. It may be a fraudulent website. I attempted to order some snacks on this website. The order never went through but I was charged. I have emailed, called, messaged repeatedly to get a refund. No one is getting back to me. Beware before ordering anything.

Bad customer service at all .I will not order anything in future....I ordered 2, 30 Oz bottles of Deep Ambahaldi and they sent me small size and charged me full price of big bottles and one of bottle was damaged inside the packed bag..I called them 3 times no one answered ....please send me refund or atleast answer or call me.....

i purchased 5 pack of Roti since 07/03/2021, they were delivered all moldy. ive called several times and emailed. not one soul has called me back. i need a refund at this point and i will never purchased from there. no customer service what so ever.
