I have been using BC mechanical ever since I became a homeowner (five years), and I couldn't be happier with the service I have received. Kevin is professional, accomodating, and honest. I have had emergencies at both extremes (no heat in a snowstorm, and no a/c in a heat wave) and my choice was always BC mechanical. You will find the service to be first class, the pricing more than fair, and the peace of mind knowing that your problem has been fixed correctly.

Our heating system is around 15 years old - near the end of it's normal lifespan. When it turned on, it's always been rather noisy - you could hear it through the ducts upstairs and if you're in the basement...well, it's just something we got used to. Other heating specialists? Well intentioned and competent but their only suggestion was to replace the whole system - likely to be $8-11k. When we called in Kevin, he checked everything out, suggested that with a motor and igniter replacement we would be as good as new and BOOM - he was right! For the first few days, I would keep opening the basement door to make sure the unit was running - it was THAT quiet! We now have our heating and AC go-to person and are super happy with our new old system! Service: Heating system repair

I cannot begin to say enough good things about Kevin and BC mechanical. I walk into my house a few weeks ago. My AC is not working. I’ve had a contract with Gold Medal for 10 years. I called them because it is 85° in my house. They tell me that it will take two days to get someone out to see me. When someone finally does show the guy tells me that the only thing I can do is replace my entire unit which will cost me $6000 even with their “Gold-medal contract discount“. I panic. I don’t want to pay $6000. A very good friend of mine recommends Kevin. I call him. He answers immediately. Says that he is working a job, but not a problem, he understands that it’s really hot and he will come out late that night, take a look, and see what he can do. He shows up that night. Exactly at the time he said he would. Takes a look. Says that it is an old unit but he can get it up and going. $300 later… Not thousand... but $300 later I have working AC! He literally saved me $5700 I find Kevin to be honest, professional and extremely reliable. What else can you ask for? I will never use another HVAC person again. Very highly recommended.
