This place terrible, First off when I was talking with one of the associates they lied to me and told me this was not a tech support station. Second the associate hung up the phone on me and did not talk. I found that to the most disrespectful thing that's ever happen to me, And I do not appreciate it. They people are very rude scummy.

WARNING: those people are unscrupulous! After gaining your confidence by providing a customer service that looks efficient, they will, at some point, lie to you by asserting that they have found 'issues' with your computer while doing its so-called monthly clean up and tune up. They will then charge you to fix problems which actually do not exist! Something needs to be done to stop that fraudulent company otherwise those scammers will simply keep swindling people who are not computer savvy. Beware as well of 'Microtech Solutions' and 'Global Technical Support'. Although those companies have different names, they seem to be working in collusion with Icognix.
