Call for service and they referred it to another outside agency outside agency never showed canceled the one appointment that they did make so I decided I wanted to cancel my policy. They start telling me that unless they mutually decide to cancel with me that I can’t cancel so now I’m out $1800 plus the 400 that I spent to fix the system that they never had a technician show up to fix for a home warranty that isn’t as good as the paper that I use to wipe my tail end. If you’re thinking of doing business with this company, I strongly recommend that you don’t they are undependable and completely a scam.

Beware of service! I do not recommend this company! The customer service reps, Leah and Isabella has very poor customer service. I called back several times and go Deandre Ross. He got frustrated and hung the phone on me. I will not use or recommend.

If this company was any good, they wouldn't have to use aggressive spam email campaigns. They hire individuals to use personal email accounts to send spam ads. It's relentless and ridiculous.

Service Plus very rarely back up their plan, every time we had claim, it would never qualify; and their refund for services you paid for by yourself, does NOT cover your expenses

Was hired by this company in February. I did 5 jobs for them and stopped once noticed they wasn't paying the invoices. Still waiting to get paid 5 months later. Every time I call its a different excuse. Contractors beware!
