This has been very challenging. Repairman came out on Saturday but didn't have part to repair dryer. Said no problem should have it and will come back Tuesday or Wednesday to install. Didn't hear so I called. Didn't hear back on Thursday, called back. Same thing Friday. Finally can with part to repair. Seemed to work. Week later, same problem. Call the company, and here we go again. No response. Try your luck elsewhere. Which reminds me. I need to call them again to see if they can fix what they didn't the first time.

2022 Nov.15 - NO scheduled appointment today. This post is just to note that certain details regarding reviews dated Nov.09 and Nov.14 are pending and could affect the overall rating. ( Re-edited and re-posted on 2023 Feb. 16 ). 2022 Nov.14 - Thank you Cody, Niguel, and Apex . We appreciate today's show of honest work, reliability, and effective communication/interaction by 2 competent Apex technicians. We would also like to acknowledge the commitment by Apex to keeping today's scheduled follow -up appointment. Rating remains at 5 stars 2022 Nov.10 - We have a Follow-up appointment with Apex on Monday November 14 9am to 1pm window. Thank you Apex. 2022 Nov. 09 - Rating upgraded to 5 . We appreciate Cody and Niguel showing up today and doing the necessary work for required certified cleaning and inspection. Follow up appointment is needed to do interior cleaning of dryer. 2022 Nov. 04 - My brother, who is in contact with Apex, has convinced me to give Apex another chance so we agreed to a 3rd re-scheduled appointment which was set for Wednesday - November 09, 2022 . Window 11am to 3pm (?) ( The 3rd re-scheduled appointment was set 2 days ago). 2022 Nov. 01 - Steer clear of Apex !!! Apex is Unreliable when it comes to scheduled appointments. Apex failed to keep 2 scheduled follow -up appointments including today's scheduled appointment. A previous follow -up appointment from last month that Apex failed to keep after they made us wait for more than an hour - the excuse was they needed to get a new Air Slide, and today's scheduled appointment that we had to cancel after waiting for more than 3 hours ( window starts at 8.30 am to 12pm - window that starts at 8.30am implies that we are the first client of the day yet we were made to wait for more than 3 hours ) for the technician who was NOT answering his phone who was supposed to be in our area but Not sure if he was going to show up at all after failing to show up for more than 3 hours and Not answering his phone . The Apex girl I talked to had put me on hold for longer than 8 minutes just to come back on to say that the technician was Not answering his phone but said he was in our area. Why was he Not answering his phone if was in our area and was planning to show up if at all ??? This needs to be explained. After failing to keep 2 scheduled follow -up appointments, we have resolved NEVER to use Apex again for any service in the future. We were planning to use Apex for dryer vent and chimney cleaning / inspection but unfortunately for them and for failing to demonstrate professional readiness and willingness to commit to their scheduled appointments. Failing to keep their scheduled follow -up appointments is unacceptable and inexcusable !!! Also - how did the Apex girl know that the technician was in our area if the technician was Not answering his phone??? If she did NOT talk to him because he was Not answering his phone ??? Was she lying ??? 2022 Oct.20 - we waited more than an hour, technician and assistant did NOT show up. We later heard from my brother. He said technician called and said they're Not coming - they needed to get a New Air Sled/ Slide. Appointment rescheduled again for November 1st. ( This entry was posted on November 03 ). 2022 Oct.17 - Cody and assistant showed up for initial appointment. They checked the dryer and decided they need to use an Air Sled or Air Slide to move the stacked washer and dryer out of the closet space. Needed to reschedule appointment.
