I recently hired a locksmith service, and I must say, they exceeded my expectations. The service was quick, and I didn't have to wait long for them to arrive. BEWARE!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IN EAST RUTHERFORD NJ. I wish I could give a negative zero score. These people are thieves. I called them on 3/3/2023 because I lost the key to my jeep. Ben came that same day. I paid $450 for 2 new keys along with 2 fabs. I received one key that day and was suppose to receive the other fab in a couple of days. Over a month later, today is 4/5/2023 over 35 calls to the office and still nothing. Every time I call, they tell me that it has been ordered and I should get it in a couple of days, but I never receive anything. I have spoken with Ben, Patrick, Rose, Steve. They all tell me that a manager will call me back but I never get that call. It is unfair to me as a customer who has paid for a service but have not received it. I spoke with Steve again today who told me someone will call me back, I won't hold my breath because they never call back. At this point I have requested a refund and still no one will assist me. DO NOT use ACM locksmith. You will not get what you paid for and will spend countless hrs on the phone trying to get assistance. At this point, I will be contacting a lawyer if I dont get a refund. It will cost me more, but it's the principle of it.
