I ordered an item that was being shipped from Japan. When it wasn't shipped after several weeks, I contacted the company and Frankie responded quickly with an update on shipping. When a mishap on the distributor's end caused a further delay, Frankie stepped in to address the issue and make it right. I'm very pleased with the product and with the customer service provided by Frankie and the Faction Motorsports team. Thank you!!
