Words cannot express how much I hate having to do in-person appointments here. Plan on at least 30 minutes for parking and the mile walk to to the hospital once you finally find it, and the elevators specifically designed to make you 10 minutes late for your appointment.

Excellent no complaints From emergency room to my bed 24 hours. Was treated very well. Got it Normal Do to low potassium And electrolytes.

My primary care dr, primary nurse, and pulmonary dr are remarkable. But patient advocate and transportation are horrible. I was on hold for 30 minutes waiting to schedule a ride and when someone picked up and hung up. The rare times I have been able to schedule the lady answering always has an attitude. I contacted patient advocate and she was also rude and unprofessional. Certain positions need to be revamped. I get it there may be some veterans who may be rude, the majority are not and for those of us who aren't have more decency and respect like you're given.
