        Tenants beware; Look elsewhere!! The WORST Management for apartments rentals. The receptionist are VERY RUDE, and their behavior are condoned by the office management. They don't care about the upkeep or the tenant well-being. The outwards appearances are far from what it looks like internally' . They also need to invest in a proper super to maintain it's appropriate care. The asking rent, should be supported by a well maintained building.

        I have a good credit score but was denied an apartment due to an arrest that led to no conviction. When I asked for my application and letter of denial stating so, I was given the run around and told Id receive it via email. I still havent received it to date. One of the agents showing me apartments also asked me what nationality I was due to my last name being different. COMPLETELY IRRELEVANT
