These people are unprofessional and disrespectful I would not recommend to people in there 20s to come here for wanting a recovery for emotional health. I had came to them for an intake did the intake because I am a responsible person that wanted better for myself.These people are problem starters if you ask me gave me a schedule to Follow but claim a person with emotional issues is suppose to remember their schedule when they know your personal issues!! They ended up calling me yesterday to come for an appointment and when I came the white lady black hair with the glasses and my therapist started being nasty with me and I had to discharge myself.

I have never in my life had a worse experience with any sort of healthcare professional. I had an intake appointment for today, and when I called to make sure I had the right time I was told Id be called back because they hadnt heard from the counselor. My appointment time passed with no call back so I called to be told that the counselor was a no show. When I asked if that would be a regular occurrence with them I was told that they cant disclose that information. I then called back to ask to speak to someone else and the person on the phone wouldnt stop aggressively asking me why. When I said I wanted to report the unprofessionalism I experienced I was told go ahead, Im the clinical coordinator SON (disrespectful emphasis on son), it dont get much higher than that!. Then the woman hung up on me. Be cautious trying to use this facility for any services. They cant even assure you that they wont have to consistently cancel your appointments due to their staff not coming to work. Also for some reason if you have a complaint their response it to have a nasty attitude while they disrespect you and talk down to you. Truly baffled by such an experience. If someone higher up in the company sees this by all means comment with your contact info; your receptionist wont let anyone speak on the outrageously bad service she provides.

This is a great organization that offers great Iop, op, and counseling services. The staff is very experienced and professional. I would absolutely recommend this place.
