Philips Ambulance Service

I was an EMT for Philips 5+ years ago and am now a nurse at a hospital they contract with so I know them pretty well. We see many different ambulance companies come in and out of the ED I work at, but we can always rely on Philips to show. Glad to be able to continue to work with alot of familiar faces

Philips Ambulance Service helped to save my life. I was stuck in Uganda Africa, trying to come back home to America. I now required oxygen and a wheelchair. PJ from Philips Ambulance Service made all the arrangements on the phone with me while I was laying on a hospital bed unable to move. Philips Ambulance Service made the process extremely easy. Once I got back home to the Newark Airport, the original pick up plans for me were changed by the airport last minute (stating that they didn't have capacity.). Philips Ambulance Service didn't skip a beat. Philips adapted their plans by talking to the airport directly on the phone. Philips physically walked onto the plane and provided me with oxygen and a wheelchair. Philips wheeled me off the plane, through immigration, and through baggage claims. They even waited for my bags to be taken off the carousel. Afterword they placed me in their ambulatory vehicle in my wheelchair while I breathed their oxygen. strapped me and my four big bags in and took me directly to the hospital. Upon arrival they took everything out including me and passed me off to the hospital. Finally, they were even so kind as to wait patiently, while the hospital gave me their own wheelchair and oxygen through the check in process. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE. THEY LITERALLY MADE AN IMPOSSIBLE SITUATION POSSIBLE.

Accurate and on time service. Philips has been without a doubt, the BEST private ambulance service I have ever dealt with! While their patients come first, the management takes care of their employees and considers them family members! Everyone I've encountered has been friendly and caring.

A+++++ service from Philips Ambulance. Very professional, kind and punctual team who picked up my aunt for her doctors appointment. The scheduling department called a day before to confirm which is a plus to me that i found very courteous. Dispatchers at Philips were very nice and kept us up to date with arrival or when they had to pick us back up. Carlos was very helpful and nice with setting up the trip as no other company would come to our house due to the amount of steps in our home. I will definitely book transportation for all our future trips. Thanks guys!!
