We had a wonderful experience with Pelaggi Monuments. Margaret was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They are the actual stonecutters and take great care with every detail. We were very happy with our monument. It was even better than we envisioned. Margaret even went above and beyond by calling the cemetery every day for a week to ensure that the monument was erected by a particular date. We were very happy with our experience with Pelaggi Monuments and recommend them highly.

It was like pulling teeth from the time I paid a deposit of half of the fee until 10 weeks later when the inscription was FINALLY added to my moms headstone. For 10 weeks I called, emailed and called asking for the work to be done. I sent 16 emails and made numerous phone calls. I was asked three times if I had the lot and plot number and mentioned to the cemetery office when I called to get it that I thought it was the job of the monument company to get it. They said it was. Then when I provided the information I was chastised. Margaret said that they only wanted me to provide it if I had it handy. After three requests I just wanted to provide it to expedite the process. The final product was done well but I will never use Pelaggi again and I do NOT recommend them. They never told me they finished the work. My son just happened to see that they had done it after making yet another phone call on my behalf. They were very quick to send an invoice the day after they completed the work. If they were In such a hurry for payment they should have done the work in a more timely manner.
