        Auto Image in East Brunswick did an amazing job once again! I have been using their services for many years now. Kyle was great, he set me up with an appointment right away and got the job done in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

        Less than a year after having my 2023 GMC Sierra ceramic coating done it bubbled where the fender meets the grill. They serviced it again by making relief cuts where the bubbles formed. Now it looks like I have small scratches in my fender. Took it back a 3rd time and they said they can only make more relief cuts but it would only make it look worse. I should have given the kid around the corner (working out of his garage) a shot at it instead of paying the professionals.

      Hi Tom,We are sorry we fell short when repairing your vehicle. Like we explained to you, in the paint protection film on your car specifically, there is a very deep recess on your bumper that is incredibly hard to squeegee out all the soapy water and some was left behind. We use computer plots and the one that we use did not account for the deep recess which is why we did the relief cut. The mark that you saw on the bumper is contamination on the top part of the film because of the relief cut which we can fix. We hate having upset customers and we would love to redo the panel and give you a full detail as well as an inconvenience.
