Alpine Medical & Surgical Supply

They were charging my dad out of pocket for a product that was 100% covered by Medicare for over a year. Altogether, this cost him a lot of money and since the product was expensive, he was reusing something that really shouldn't be reused. On top of that, the product wasn't really working for him. Medicare on the other hand, provides a plentiful and free supply. I first suspected something when I just happened to go with my dad to the store one day. The guy was real nervous, and him and his buddy wouldn't even look at me even after I tried to chat them up. So I got a hunch and made some calls and found out about Medicare. Now maybe they didn't know it was covered by Medicare? I find that really hard to believe. Isn't this the kind of thing that people in their line of work would know very well? I think this comes down to them either being sleazy or incompetent, and I really think sleazy is much more likely. Anyways, now dad's getting way more of a better product delivered to his house for free, and he's not reusing them, and it's better in ten ways.

I first met Roman and Danny while I worked at a subacute rehabilitation facility. They helped supply my patients with durable medical equipment. Their personable demeanor and desire to help my patients was more than I ever could have asked for. They really made my job a lot easier. My repeat patients would ask for Alpine Medical by name for the durable medical equipment needs. When I left there, my relationship with Alpine did not stop. Roman is always there to assist me with my own personal durable medical equipment needs. I can always call with a question, or stop by, knowing that I am getting the best care and service possible. They treat my family like a part of their own. Service like that is hard to come by these days.
