        This company uses the same outside service tech for key fobs that other places use (Yale Key, KeyMe). Receptionist are curt and not very friendly. Just give them the info already so they can get off the phone mentality. Although they were the only ones to quote a $29 fee for the tech to come to your house to provide a quote. Found it was the sme tech from Yale Key that I called earlier who couldn't give a rough estimate. For these reasons I did not use this service. Very poor customer service support.

        Giving it 3 stars and not 5 because one of the keys was made out of aluminum stock. In my opinion it is not durable enough and I am hoping it will mot wear quickly Secondly pricing doubled since last time I used the kiosk. $11 to have a key cut is way too much money in my opinion considering its a machine that does not require an operator
