We had our patio repaired and a custom fire pit built. It is gorgeous. Better than we could have hoped. Custom artistry, really. Reason for less than 5 stars: original estimate for completion of job was waaaay off and communication about completion and timing was less than ideal. If you can wait for the work to be done, and not need a date certain for completion, youll be very pleased with the work itself.
Also, Steve was very communicative about the project itself and adjusted well as adjustments became necessary. Again, we are extremely happy with the result. Services: Patio design, Landscape design construction, Stone masonry, Backyard landscaping, Custom landscape design

Steve missed our original phone consultation. After I finally reached him he said he would call me back. he missed that scheduled call as well. After we finally got to talk and I sent him pictures, he said he would be in my area to come look at the property and get me a quote. Good thing I didn't hold my breath on that because I am still waiting and it has been over 3 1/2 weeks. Excellent communication and response time Steve.

Steve is a talented and experienced professional. He is meticulous and detailed oriented which explains why he is a highly sought after landscaping designer. He has excellent project management skills and worked tirelessly on each phase of my project from, design, demolition, soil preparation, engineering though installation. As in many projects, unforeseen operational delays do occur, however, Steve pivoted and was able to move forward after making the necessary adjustments. He hit the ball out of the park Great Job Steve and THANK YOU!!!

After 3+ months of daily pleading via text and voicemail, my 'one day job' remains incomplete. Steve took my money and never finished the job. He is unreliable and I dare say a liar and thief. He would promise to "be there tomorrow" to finish the job and he'd be a no-show. He wouldn't call to tell me he couldn't make it. He had endless excuses for not coming including dental emergency, sick worker, workers quit, too hot, truck in the shop, sun allergy, out of town, product unavailable, and being overscheduled  to name a few. I literally pleaded with Steve almost daily. Nothing worked. He had a great vision but never fully executed it. I didn't receive all of the products outlined in the contract and I've had a pile of stone in my driveway for weeks that he never put in the garden it was intended for. His contract states work will be completed within three days of starting the job; obviously this is another lie Steve tells. He took payment, did two thirds of the job, and left me hanging. To say I'm disappointed is a vast understatement.

Seemed like a very nice guy, came out, personable, made some good verbal suggestions, paid him $100 for his consulting fee and then he gave me a price for the work via text and kept stating via text that he was sending his proposal (I did pay him $100) and over the course of this week, despite his promises on Tuesday, Thursday & this morning, Friday, I still have not received any proposal. I don't mind if people are busy, just don't make promises that you are not delivering on.He was very assertive in getting the $100, but he has so far not produces any "proposal". If his $100 was for coming out to see what we had going on, I guess that's his business model, but I was under the assumption that I would receive something in writing in response. My bad.
