Good customer service. Today I went in for regular diamond checkup and it was quick and oh yea they close at 6 pm on sunday not 5 pm. This should be updated on google.

Went to EB Mall recently to purchase wedding/Anniversary Rings customer Service was poor. We had gone on Thursday morning as they opened there were 2 ladies sitting in store no one approached us or even greeted to say Good morning let us know if you need help. I initiated to ask for help one of them slowly dragged herself to come help with absolutely no smile as we were bothering them !! We went directly across the store to Zales and what a fresh welcoming smile and customer service. I spent my hard earned money there,
