Horrible experience as a 1st time customer and homeowner! Please stay away from the WindowRama in East Brunswick (soon to move to a new location). Though I am always happy to write a positive review when a company's services merits it, this is the complete opposite. My spouse and I just purchased an Andersen casement window from WindowRama in East Brunswick and their only job was to make sure it was a left opening casement window. Our salesperson, Michele Coppola, assured us it would be. The left opening request was even noted with a hand drawn picture on the sales order and verbally confirmed to us at the store 4 or 5 different times. Given those assurances, once the window arrived, we turned it over to our installers and we went to work, only to return home that evening to notice that we were given a RIGHT opening casement window. This was an "Andersen" window, no less. We just contacted WindowRama and explained that they made an error and that we made it clear that of utmost importance to us was that it be a LEFT opening casement window. Given their mistake, we fully expected that WindowRama would do the right thing and do everything in their power to ensure we got what we paid for-a LEFT opening casement window. Instead, we were told that because the window had been installed already, there was nothing they could do. I explained that when we went to work and asked the contractors to install the window we were heavily relying on the assurances provided by WindowRama that what was in the box was a left opening window. It's what we paid for!! Unfortunately, we got the standard apology and the usual "there is nothing we could do". In the end, we ended up spending over $600 for a window we did not want owing to WindowRama's error and unwillingness to rectify it. Those types of business practices by WindowRama do not deserve our community's support and hard-earned dollars. I even offered to pay an extra $150 out of my own pocket as long as they provided us with the window we actually ordered to no avail. Stay away!

Great service all the way from order to installation! Michele gave great advice and was able to walk me through the various options of replacing a balcony window/door. Highly recommended!

I placed an order of the phone for a new screen. Process was smooth and easy. They were extremely helpful. Came in exactly when promised. Price was fair. Product was exactly as they explained it would be. Excellent customer service.
