At some point over the last few years an employee of theirs shared their phone number with pharmacies and patients and in addition, included this number in their advertising and marketing opportunities....EXCEPT IT WASNT THEIR NUMBER. It was my cell phone number and I have received phone calls, dozens and dozens and dozens, for this practice. When I spoke with an office admin she said to keep a log for them? If they are incompetent enough to do this, I would never trust them with my health! These idiots should pay a portion of my phone bill.

I have unfortunately been going to this practice for years now, used to see dr ponapolli, she was great until she recently left the practice for bigger and better things. The rest? Idiots. The receptionists? Insanely rude. They will yell at you and argue with you when you’re asking questions because they’re annoyed you don’t already know the answer. This office is extremely unprofessional. I once had a migraine for SIX DAYS straight, came in saw dr ridel , he tells me I’m going through caffeine withdrawals....I literally had an iced coffee in my hand. These people don’t care about anything other than getting through the day and going home. They hate their jobs and you can tell. Worst practice ever. They should just shut down.

Dr. Snapar and his group of doctors are Very professional. A great bonus is besides being primary physicians, they are all infectious disease specialists so they can handle a vast majority of serious illnesses without having to pass you on to other doctors. If you need to be hospitalized, they're the ones in charge of your care up there as well.

attempted to call to make an appointment and there is NEVER an answer. How can you run a drs office and never be in the office???
