Usually I get mani & pedi which I like because they always do a good job. Recently started getting massages. I was experiencing some discomfort in shoulders and lower back. Ana my massage therapist is amazing!! She checks in with you on concerns & pressure. She is consistent and its truly such a great experience. Ana is the best!!!

Went here last week to get a mani/pedi with "dazzle dry". Heather did a great job! Everyone in the spa was friendly and my nails look great, and did dry very fast. I joined their rewards program, and am looking forward to returning. They offer spa services such as massage and facials as well, while I haven't tried these services yet, I plan to in the future, and will most definitely be getting my nails done again.

Updating my review: yes every thing's good when you don't have a problem. If there's a problem, there is no negotiation or accommodation to assist you. They rather stare at you like you're speaking a different language, rather than do the justified customer service courtesy. I have no reason to lie when I am not informed of a part of a service that is chargeable that the nail tech did on her own voluntary with no warning or permission. Then to be charged for said service without consent. That's wild to make me pay for that with no offer. I guess you dont want repeat customers or you must think your establishment is so above it all that you can't be bothered to correct when you or said employee is wrong. Not every client is aware of every thing you do. That is your job to explain things thoroughly and professionally to keep someone coming or to get referrals. I don't care how popular a company is or think they are , that fundamentals and the basics no longer apply.
