Ive purchased from them some years back always a good shopping experience. They are now closed at this location. I was there on 9/20/23, the for rent sign is out and its totally empty. Update this because I went based on google providing shopping hours. I wasted my time and gas.

Ive been going here for 9 years and followed them to their post covid new location. The ladies are so kind, helpful & knowledgeable. The owner is a gem. They can always assist if you need something they dont have in stock & turn around time is very reasonable. Love that they are still around.

Called ahead to see if they have ballroom dance shoes for me and my husband and they said yes, we have them and they are on sale, actually. WASTED a 40 minute drive to the store to come in and see a selection of three shoes and one single style for men in dusty boxes all the way at the back.

I called the store about a week ago to ask about the process of getting dresses for my team. The manager told me that they were not conducting fittings due to COVID and that everything needed to be ordered online. She provided the website and told me to call back with the style number/sizes that I needed and that an order would be placed. I call back today and I get told that orders do not happen at all! WHAT?! Now, I have a dance team who is due to perform and now does not have outfits! Not to mention, no solution was provided. No recommendation of where else to go or how else to get outfits - basically just a rude "not sure who you spoke to but that doesn't happen right now". If it was an error in communication from the staff, why wouldn't you offer an apology or a suggestion on how to make it better? Or tell me what you have in store that can work for my team. Instead it was just a brush off. Completely unprofessional and I would not recommend.
