I was directed to Open Road Acura through Costco Automotive, and I have to say based on my experience I would strongly recommend both that program and this dealership. I worked with Luis Reynoso who is a great guy - very knowledgeable and easy-going. The experience was about as painless as you can get buying a car. My purchase was a pre-owned 2020 MDX, and Luis even took care of the little stuff for it like ensuring I got new mats and a second key made. If you're in the market for an Acura, I can't recommend this place enough!

Both gentlemen went out of their way to ensure a incredibly smooth transaction, reaching out to their vast network of lenders to secure the best possible rate and terms.The RDX I was considering had two different people waiting to purchase (in the showroom at the same time) but these men still took the time to work and make this purchase affordable to me. What can I say ? As you all may know buying a car can be stressful. Well Luis at Open Road Acura of East Brunswick made my transition to my dream car a easy reality. From the moment me and my husband got there we had nothing but the best care. He was personable, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Beside all of that he was real. Told it like is was. I had a great experience with Sueann who assisted me with my purchase of an Acura MDX a spec. Buying a car can be difficult and very stressful in this day and age. After visiting multiple dealers in our area, we were very fortunate to meet with Anthony Guiffredo at Open Road Acura. After speaking a few minutes about what were looking for, Anthony showed us a new and used Acura MDX. He was very knowledgeable about all of the features of the cars. We were able to call him and ask questions following our visit. He and the Open Road Acura team worked with us to get us to a number that allowed us to purchase our very first brand new car. We never felt pressured or unsure. He made himself available by phone as I had to travel out of state to finalize the deal. It was a pleasure working with Anthony and his colleagues!
