The windows installed by this company were not energy saving, as they promised. I have a video that shows the window temperature reaching up to 102F on a summer sunny day. However, I can only post a picture. Also, the installation was not done properly causing leaks that damage the windowsill of all the windows. When contacting the owner, with whom I made the contract, he did not want to take responsibility. I entered a case with the Best Business Bureau but they couldn't resolve the issue. I was referred to the NJ Division of Consumer Affairs, and I was able to recover my money back.

Just a few days later, they delivered a comprehensive itemized estimate of the work required to restore all impacted areas of my home at a very competitive price. After helping me navigate and expedite the insurance claim process, they and their crew completed the renovations timely with high quality workmanship and within budget. In addition, their responsiveness and sensitivity to what seemed catastrophic at the time for my family gave me great peace of mind. Weather-Tek did an outstanding job and I have and will definitely hire them again.
