        As a victim, from the moment I filed a complaint at this Courthouse I could preview how this experience would be. Interestingly, the ethnic women that work the clerical positions in this facility seem to have no moral ethics and behave based upon personal ideas. Apparently the surrounding environment could care less because there are priors of unethical behavior here which seemed to have been swept under the carpet.
