The service was very good and I really like Ayers but I had a problem with the mail coupons I get - There was a bonus deal on the back side of the coupon which suggested that you could get the savings on the front PLUS the bonus on the back. The rep didn't see it that way so I couldn't get that bonus. It didn't seem right and it really affected my opinion. Again, I like Ayers, they've done great work for me in the past. But they need to talk with their staff about the coupon policies. When there aren't any disclaimers on the coupons and the requirements are vague, Ayers needs to err on the side of the customer.
