Rob, from PHD Mechanical just installed a new water heater for us. He was right on time and very polite. While working he took extreme care to keep his work are clean and organized. He appears very knowledgeable and his finished work was impeccable. I've used PHD Mechanical for over 20 years and have always been extremely satisfied with the quality and price of their work and staff. I highly recommend PHD for any plumbing or heating needs. This company came out to and installed a kitchen faucet. They damaged the faucet upon installation and when they came back out they would not own up to their mistake and tried to blame me for the leak. I have video proof from my tenet that the leak happened before any other work was performed on the kitchen sink post installation. They also tried to have me present during the second repair after telling me my tenets dont speak English. Both the tenets that live there speak perfect English and zero language barrier whatsoever and the technician had a conversation with them the day of the first service so it seems the technician/company has something against people of a different skin color and would prefer me a white male to be present instead. I have issued a complaint to AHS about this company and they will no longer be allowed on our properties.
