I echo previous review. You be the judge. I ordered flowers (1), the store delivered (2) . I called the next day to inquire if there was a mistake because what had been delivered looked very different from what i had ordered. I was offered an apology and the promise of delivering flowers that i ordered on the following day. (3) arrived as a result on the following day . And, attention!!!, the delivery person of (3) asked flower recipient to return him (2) Although (3) had more roses than (2) it is nohow near (1) that i ordered. I was upset. What was supposed to be an easy over internet flowers order became a long and upsetting story. I called the store. The owner returned my phone call, accusing me multiple times of being extremely unreasonable and wanting free flowers (i have never asked to get my money back...). He poured so many accusations at me... I am speechless with the customer service i received and the whole flower delivering experience.
