If i could rate this place i would give it 0 the guy and the girl at the front desk are extremely Rude, if they dont like their job what are they doing there at the fist place? 5 hours to get loaded and 30 min to hand out paper works.

If you can stay away from here it would be much better, the person in charge of receiving the papers is not professional at all and very bitter if they don't like their job they will look for another one that takes more than 2 hours to download.
