Strange van outside...long story.... Officer Katie ❤️(Sorry, didn't get her last name) came right to the house, talked calmly but sternly to my overly-curious kid, gave me some great tips, assured me there were other officers checking out the neighborhood... Overall, great experience that put my mind to ease...I ❤️ that these men and women are keeping us safe!

A great big Thk you to Cranbury officer today at WAWA on Applegarth Rd who found my cellphone in well of where wind shield wipers are. I saw it slide off hood if car on 130. I was devastated. I was sure it had been crushed on 130. Sorry I did not get your name you were so funny and made me laugh when I was so upset. 😁

I have been harassed on several occasions. Be careful if you are a person of color and driving through this area late at night, especially on weekends and around the first of the month. The officers are overtly racist, poorly educated and untrusting. I live in the area and have been reporting their bad behavior; since, 1996, yet the unjust activities have not improved! DO NOT DONATE! To do so enables thier racist tactics and allow them to continue to harassed, humiliate and treat people of color like second class citizens. Eventually, all things done in the dark will come to light (regardless, if you believe or not) and until then I will continue to share my experiences. This deplorable treatment has to stop! I came back to post that on; 09/06/18, I receive two additional tickets in mail for additional reasons not mentioned at the time of the stop. (Now three tickets in total yet I was followed by the officers and called 911 before being pulled over) The real reason for the tickets received via mail today are: 1) Retaliatory 2) Additional Harassment 3) Discrimination 4) Same tactics used in the racist south to scare and silence Blacks I have also been receiving phone calls at odd hours in the night that prior to this incident had not happen. The unwelcomed calls and additional tickets I received by mail on 09/05/18 is an implied threat! Perhaps, the Cranbury’s racist police feel empowered because of the current incumbent holding the highest government position. They target people of color because they see us as easy targets. The court officials are aligned with their behavior because the revenue keeps them employed! Such behavior is no different than a thief walking into a 7-eleven, demanding money by using a weapon to intimidate. The Princeton greater area is between NYC and Philadelphia so clearly officers employed and working in such a rural area lacks the skills desired to do real police work! Anyone in this area can corroborate on the multiple cops coming to aid in a traffic stop! One would think that the person pulled over had committed a violent offence. I will not be silence, afraid and allow discrimination to happen without doing something to stop the behavior. Unfortunately; for now, it is more than likely, that the policer officers and court official in this town with the mentality of 1933 racist whites raciest in the rural are going to hold steadfast and support each other. (There are no Black officers on Cranbury police force in 2018!) No workplace diversity and inclusion! Now more than ever Cranbury, East & West Windsor, Hightstown, Plainsboro officer corps should reflects the populations they serve. This includes women and those from a variety of racial and ethnic backgrounds as well as other minority groups. If you are a person of color be careful when driving alone route 130 and notice that on weekends in particular who is pulled over! Apathetic whites are just as worst as the racist! To bear witness and do nothing means that you too are part of the problem!
