I live on FCN and their delivery comes in 20 min. My general tso's chicken is still crispy by the time it gets to me which is a pretty remarkable feat for delivery. They also have the best general tso's tofu around.

Always great chinese food!! Food is constantly dealious and is always delivered hot. The delivery is always quick as well.

We ordered delivery because our kids are home sick. It took the driver over an hour and a half to get here and we live 2 miles away. Not only that, our food was FREEZING cold! My husband told the delivery guy we weren’t tipping him because of it and he refused to leave our porch until my husband gave him money! I called to complain and get a refund and the manager was very rude and hung up on me twice. I called back and she tried blaming it all on me. She then said she’d give me a $10 credit for the next time I ordered. I told her I’d never be ordering from them again. She said if I wanted a full refund then the delivery guy would drive back and pick up the cold food. Idk why they’d want the cold food back, especially during this pandemic? Seems disgusting to ask for food back that someone else had in their home with sick kids. I hope they’re not intending on reselling it! So nasty.

Not sure if you got a new cook food looked and tasted different and not in a good way. Thought I found a hidden gem food was so good first year this last 6 months or so it's been horrible. Will be trying new place next time around. 7/17/21 forgot the rice with my meal last time we ordered forgot the sweet and sour sauce with chicken last time done with this place
