I love this campground being connected to Lakota Wolf Preserve. We try and go every year. Sites are a good size & restrooms always clean.

I had a really good time. I personally feel like it isnt worth it to do the cabins. They're pretty cramped and the sleeping amenities are worse than sleeping on the ground. They have an arcade that is definitely lacking but the gift shop is nice and the wildlife is happy. Its definitely a kid friendly place with multiple areas to adventure and explore. The loft mattresses had stains on them. So they definitely need to be replaced. I will say a big thing to consider before going is that when winds pick up, even just a little, you are going to have large nuts flying down at you like an automatic rifle. No joke. They can do some serious damage if you're not careful but you should be fine if you are. The area is nice and the staff was reasonable. The young woman in the front office was a cutie, and really helpful. I jad a good time over all. God bless you. Rooms: Small. If you're not a four year old, you're going to struggle in the loft. Nearby activities: The Lakota wolf preserve is right next to camp Taylor. Its run by an awesome couple who were really sweet and considerate. Its quite a drive away from any restaurants and stores but not too unreasonable. Safety: Its as safe as being in the woods can be. You're surrounded by other canpers so its not dangerous if you're careful. Walkability: Its all trails for the most part. If you can hike, you can walk them easily. Food & drinks: The gift shop has some small snacks and a few drinks but not many. I recommend bringing your own and being smart about recycling so that you don't receive any unnecessary charge. Noteworthy details: Be kind. Have fun. Adventure is out there.

Really neat campground easily accessible from anywhere in New Jersey, PA. There is a small shop there as well for camping accessories and snacks. They sell hats, t-shirts gloves and the like. Cozy place and nice people.
