to be fair, i have no first hand experience with this facility. i first contacted school answers a year ago after receiving an evaluation for my child. he was diagnosed ADHD, and it was recommended he attend executive functioning sessions. very long story short: i called them no less than a dozen times trying to set something up. they kept telling me someone would get back to me, that they were working on it - and nothing. this went on for several months. the ONLY reason i put up with this was because i couldn't find any place else to offer this type of help. we went away for the month of august and i was shocked to come home to a message telling me they were still working on it! i finally gave up and started making calls again and found someone much further away, but at this point i had no choice. so if you need someone for your child look elsewhere. they never answer the phone anyway, and you would be lucky to get a call back.
