        Attempted to withdraw money from a pre-paid Bank of America ATM card. I was told they are unable to help me (although previous bank of Americas have had no problem). I even spoke with the manager, who also refused to help. As a person of Hispanic heritage I believe this played a part, I will be filing for discrimination.
