New York Tours

They didn't pick us up! We booked this tour online several days before we were to arrive in New York. We chose this tour because of the reviews and the hotel pick up. We didn't want to navigate the transit system. After we booked it we received an email regarding billing. But it didn't confirm the date and time. I made a call to the company and left a message for Jamie to please call us. Also sent an email requesting more information and a confirmation. We received nothing. The website stated that the pick up time for our hotel was 740. We headed to the lobby, fingers crossed to see if we were going to be picked up. When 740 passed, I left another message for Jamie. At this point her voicemail was full (probably from messages from other dumped customers). At 820 we finally gave up and headed into the city by bus. We later received an email saying that we had been given a refund. No explanation, no apology. This company wasted our time and caused some frustration. Who does business like this?? Book somewhere else, this tour might not exist.

Avoid this tour at all costs. You better be able to move at mach speed to keep up with the tour guide or they will leave you stranded to find your own way back to your hotel. My 80 year old mother fell at the Central Park stop and not only did they continue the tour without acknowledging her fall or her condition, they literally drove off in the bus. My sister had to flag them down as they past by on the street. She was told to get back on the bus or find her own way back to the hotel. I can't imagine abandoning an 80-year-old woman and Central Park find her way back to New Jersey. Pitiful!
