Really great service my sewer was backed up and called city plumbing out here and they sent a guy out within 30mins he got the job done within no time really recommend them to my family friends

If I could give no stars I would. Similar to Gaby’s complaint which I wish I read sooner. $300 bucks and they toss the problem over the fence still not resolved. They come back and charge anther $750 for the same hour work. Should have solved it the first time and went to plan B if that didn’t work. Saying it is the city’s problem is not good business especially when it’s not their problem. Slow down and do the job right the first time. Secondly a new charge for a job you did not successfully complete is insane but $750. If I wasn’t in a bind definitely would have went elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and Forget they even exist

Fortunately, I will not be working with City plumbing again. Unfortunately, I was charged $300 for an issue that was not fixed by Al. I then spoke to the manager Kyle who suggested charging me another $300 for a "maybe" solution. Why would I spend $600 without a guarantee that the issue will be fixed? This company is not part of the accredited BBB which is lie #1 stated on their website. They also said they guarantee 100% customer satisfaction, lie #2. I found other complaints similar to mine online. I truly recommend staying away from this company. If you can't get the job done, don't take the money! That's stealing! I will not be using this company in the future or recommending them to anyone. I'm highly disappointed. Please do not waste your time, effort and especially your money.

my main sewer line broke and i was very worried, i called a few places and they were just rude and overpriced. until i came across City plumbing. price was right and the staff was very friendly. would definitely recommend! 10/10
