6 months and still waiting on my electric hospital bed I go there they said the woman is on vacation I called them the woman is still on vacation I never going to get my bed, as for my back support its been since March hes working on my prescription and now we are in September and they cannot give me my back support, I dont know how they got good reviews

If I could give this company "0" stars I would. I called NJ Medical Supplies yesterday morning to ask if they carried womens' post-op surgical shoes and was told they carried them in all sizes. As I am recuperating from foot surgery and cannot drive, my husband drove me to their store in Clifton. There was no parking in front of the store so we parked about a block away and I hobbled over to the store. It was 10:30am. The store sign stated it was open 9am-5pm. The door was locked so I rang the bell and knocked. I then called them. The same person answered the telephone. I reminded him I spoke to him earlier about a post-op shoe and was now here to buy one but the door was locked. He hung up on me. No one came to unlock the door. I called back and no one answered this time. I then had to find another store who sold this item (and very few have them in stock so it took some time). This is a terrible way to run a business and I will never do business with NJ Medical Supplies again. I don't know if all of their employees treat customers this way, but If this employee is typical of those you hire, you need to do a better job. Shameful!

I have been shopping around for several weeks looking for a shower chair online and called different medical supply stores. Trying to find a shower chair that comes close to what you currently use was utterly impossible until I called NJ Medical. I was extremely pleased with the customer service provided by Danny. Danny went over and beyond to find what I was looking for. I was pleased with the quick turnaround in Danny finding and delivering the chair. Because of his Excellent customer service he provided I just had to purchase other medical products needed. I would definitely recommend and use NJ Medical now and in the future!
