I decided to go with Paragon due to the positive reviews on Angie's List, which also speaks of the lack of accuracy from Angie's List. I had spent over $120K on my project and I firmly believe I could have saved 40% on the project if I had not gone with them. Their project manager continued to create shortcuts and provide sub-par sub-contractors. If I had know they used sub-contractors, I could have hired separate people for each project. They also continued to create "addendums" for many parts of the project that were part of the main contract and kept adding to the costs.This project was a painful lesson in hiring merely an administrator who sub-contracts all the work. Don't bother. I also contacted them a year later due to some leveling on roof work that they should have taken care of, but as you can guess, they were impossible to contact for stuff that was insured. DON'T GO WITH THEM AND HIRE SPECIALISTS FOR EACH OF YOUR PROJECTS!!!
