doesn't take her time with you which is GREAT for me since I work full time and am in school. Reccomend if you only want to be seen for 2-3 minutes for visits. Very brief and to the point . I was in and out. Scar is healing very well so far :)

I have been going to Dr Polen for years. She takes care of myself and my sisters because we have a ton of females in our family that have been affected by breast cancer sadly. But so far so good! She is by far the most organized doctor I have been to and quite personable I must say :)

Though the Summit Medical office facility is nice, I do not recommend this doctor. She doesn't seem to want to answer your follow up questions, requires you to chase her down to ask a few questions and tries to get you to come back in just to ask a few questions when you have already had the consult and overall doesn't have a compassionate , sensitive manner with patients.

Working in the healthcare field, sometimes you have unrealistic expectations of how another doctor should treat their patients or perform. I must say however, that Dr. Polen exceeds all expectations! She is amazing!! Very personable!
