Theres only 1 teller to for 15 customers. No one seems to care how long the line is. Its always a long wait line and the employees dont seem to care or acknowledge the line being long

I truly wish I could leave a zero star review I scheduled a 10 AM appointment a couple weeks ago. I get there today and one of the representatives tells me that Im supposed to see someone else but they are not there today this comes after just standing around and not a single person addressing you. I ask one of the tellers what should I do and they said someone will come and get you Somebody that works there comes up to me and he says I will take you after this customer. I wait around for an hour my new my appointment was for 10 AM then he tells me Im sorry but I have to take my 11 AM and I said to him you told me to wait and this is how you treat me and he says well I have to take care of my customer This branch is absolutely the worst Wells Fargo branch Ive ever seen in my life. Ive been a loyal customer since 2001 and I was treated like complete garbage. The way that they conduct business here is absolutely terrible and they should be ashamed of themselves the way they treat people. I will never return to this branch ever in my life again and I hope that nobody else experiences what I did today. Absolute worst branch ever
