I purchased flowers online for a friend living in the area of the florist. Their website showed a beatiful flower bouquet with purple and pink flowers in a nice vase. What was sent was a mixed bouquet of flowers that looked nothing like the picture (the quality was much cheaper). I called to complain and the women told me to call back next week and hung up. I called again and spoke to a man who took all my information and said he would look into it and call me back. One week later.. still no phone call. I called a third time and left a message on their voicemail. No response. This company is horrible and I would go elsewhere!
