The HOA manager for Victoriana Condominiums in Voorhees, NJ is completely inept, incapable of communicating, withholds important documents and refuses to do her job.

Lived here about 10 years ago. I agree with others that the walls/floor are paper thin and the electric bills were quite high. The amenities were relatively good.
