I arrive 5 minutes early for a 2pm appt. And theres one couple in the office when I come in. They go back and around 2:40pm another gentlemen comes in and about 5 minutes later the couple that was in the back is finished and comes out at which time they call the man that came in at 2:40pm to be next. How does that work. Is it because hes a regular. I took off work for this appointment and to get this kind of treatment is truly frustrating. The receptionist is going to tell me oh hes really behind today which is understandable but theres no way the other gentlemen shouldve went in before me. I decided to just leave. Really frustrated. Horrible service!!

Scheduled an appointment to have a painful ingrown nail removed on Christmas Eve. Its hard enough for me to get off work during the week and during normal business hours, I work 10 hour shifts Monday-Friday. I get a call at 11:51 AM the day of the appointment to confirm Im coming to said appointment, confirm. Great, everything should be taken care of, right? At 1:01 PM I get a phone call with the office having to reschedule because theyre closing early. GREAT! Now I have to spend my Christmas holiday in pain because you went and canceled my appointment. It wouldve been one thing to have known a week ahead of time you were gonna cancel, but now Im left with no time to find another office. Why would you even schedule me in the first place if there was a chance of closing? Super frustrating to say the least. Happy Holidays I guess.
