I had RW Stuart for 25 years as my security installation and monitoring service. Up until today I would have given him 5 stars. I called to ask for a refund of unused services, as I had a new system installed by another company, and the owner, who had always been very accomidating, became irrational & upset, asking how much I paid for my new system. All I wanted was whatever refund I had coming. Unbelievably, he said I had a balance from 2007!! I had reminded him that there was a glitch when he changed computer systems, where I was not the only person with a billing problem. My bills each year did not have an additional balance for the last 10 years! Maybe he had a bad day. I am a customer & we did not have a lifetime contract. This was no way to handle a long time customer. I may have had him take over my monitoring, but not with an additude like that.
