I have a beazer home and we have a large vertical crack in our concrete and water was seeping in. The insurance company is sending out an engineer to inspect and to determine if it's a structural defect. Beazer would not even come out to my home to inspect and sent an email stating its past the one year warranty. If we do find out that the large crack in the wall is a structural defect, we will pursue arbitration and any legal steps. Beazer turned their backs on us and this was disheartening. I've heard complaints in the neighborhood concerning poor roofing and basement leaks. Future buyers, I recommend that you do your due diligence with any builder ....read the fine print, ask questions, and most important, get it in writing. If your considering having a home built, I would not recommend Beazer, they only care about making money.
