First time at this facility and I was so impressed. It is clean, bright and has ample parking. Check-in was seamless and quick. The two technicians were wonderful, some of the best ever. So glad I know about this site now. Highly recommend.

First time at this place. Went up to the counter for suite 600 to let an employee know I was just checking in for my appointment. At the window was a gentlemen named Mike, who was NOT dealing with another customer at the moment - mind you. After simply saying hi I have an appointment at 1 I just wanted to check in. He was super swift to tell me Im doing another customers stuff right now. And proceed to get up, went to the door way chuckling and had another young woman come over to assist me instead. Not even 5 mins later, another woman went to the window and he had no problem listening to her concerns. I have never dealt with someone be that RUDE at a doctors office before. How do you work at a place where people receive healthcare and have disgusting attitude and pick and choose what client you would like to deal with like that?

I feel compelled to leave this review. I have yearly MRIs. This was the first time I had them in this new Clark facility. As many of you know the process can be scary and/or very stressful. I need you to know that my first contact was with Michael at the front desk to schedule my appt. He was professional, friendly and went out of his way to schedule my appt. at a date/time that was convenient for my schedule. I then showed up for my appt.quite nervous. I was lucky enough to be scheduled with an amazing MRI technician! Ericka was professionally knowledgeable, caring, friendly and definitely a people person! She greeted me with a relaxing friendly smile pleasant conversation which immediately put me at ease. Knowing I was nervous Ericka was a medical pro hooking me up to the intravenous I literally was not aware when she finished she was that good! Finally, the MRI that can be difficult was really easy to get through due to her positive comments throughout the procedure! THANK YOU ERICKA! Prior to leaving the facility I sang their accolades to the manager- Paul! Not knowing why I wanted to speak with him he greeted me with a friendly smile and introduction. I would highly recommend coming to this facility for an MRI!!! THANK YOU TO ALL WHO TOOK CARE OF ME TODAY!!!!

I had a MRI here today and all of the staff was great and my tech was Ryan and he did a super job very professional, and helpful just all around a nice guy.

Ryan showed sincerity and patience while helping to make the process comfortable for patients. He went an above and beyond to be of service. Paul the manager also very helpful in taking my blood pressure In ensuing I was safe to drive.
