Thought it was dumb that it isnt open to the public. the prices were crazy. Dose anyone know if they have hours open to the public??

Edited: update 11/20/23 - When they emailed me back about it they said it's final sale and that I may have better luck mixing ut with another color. Never shopping there again. I didn't even open the box! I don't want to mix it with another color. I want my shade! I went to the company store for the first time. I've been doing the panelist surveys for a year or two here and there whenever I have a chance. The employees were extremely rude to me. I asked one employee a question and she told me to ask someone else because she has to go to the bathroom. Another employee actually told me the wrong color for the Landon's foundation because she said they switched formulas recently and it's a different number based on what it was before. Now I spent $26 (half price) on the wrong color and they have a no exchange no return policy. Every time I asked the employees a question they had a huge attitude. They said for the Lancme products you have to know what you want before you come into the store. They don't trust you walking around with the kancomd products in the store because they think you are going to steal them. Don't feel comfortable here. And now I can't exchange my foundation. Would have rather gotten it for 30 percent off online rather than 50 and got the right color since they changed the formula more like a year or two ago and not recently and I was told they changed it recently and now stuck with the wrong color.
