Our water was the considered the hardest water in NJ. We had a water a softener in our home prior but it did not do enough to improve the quality of the water. With Purasoft we put in a whole home filter and then a reverse osmosis system for drinking water. We now have the best water. People often comment that our water taste exceptionally good. so I bought a purasoft water softener from Bill....He had been after me since last august to change the resin in my Softener System....Have tried to get a hold of them and have left 3 messages and none have been returned....BUT, it's a good thing!...After getting tired of waiting, I had someone else come in and do it...WOW....there was NO RESIN in there...only carbon, which acts like a filter, but otherwise, does not soften the water according to Aquatronics in Middlesex...so they basically charged me for something they never put in!!!....Don't even try and call me now Bill or anyone from Purasoft….this was not a cheap system!...paid over 7k for it....Thanks for nothing Bill....your lucky I don't take yous to court!...am not saying all Purasoft people are like this, but would not trust them to fix anything after this....BUYER BEWARE!!..
